This charming house is directly by the small beach of the port of La Roche Jaune on the Jaudy estuary.
Steps lead from the garden directly onto the beach. At high tide you can moor a boat at the bottom of the garden.!!
The bathing part of the beach is accessed from a small slip way from the quayside about 20 metres away.
A cafe cum grocery store is 400m away, it is 4.1 kms to the village shops and 5.8 kms to the shops and port of Treguier, founded in the 6th century.
Spend lazy days on the beach on your doorstep, in the lovely garden and garden dining room or have an early morning swim before exploring the many beaches of the pink granite coast and medieval towns and ports such as nearby Treguier.

This very comfortable house is a much loved home and belonged originally to the present owners' parents. The owner is visiting Russia for the summer. It has a few choice pieces of antique furniture, but is not fussily furnished.

Steps from the south facing front garden lead to large
panoramic patio doors and the downstairs dining room with fabulous views of the estuary. The owner, calls it a TV, as there is a constant change of scene as ships of all sizes and descriptions pass up and down the river to the old port of Treguier..
There is a downstairs, well equipped kitchen.

You don't need a boat to reach the house! The road to the quayside passes the sheltered side garden and there is a long driveway and plenty of parking space.
Occasionally on summer evenings in high season, Fez Noz ( an old Celtic music and dance festival) is held on the quayside.
Once a week in Treguier, two different orchestras play in the open air
